Their construction is simple and durable: -The cold gel is inside a pouch -The cold gel pouches are heat-sealed within lacquered PVC cloth Cold gel is safe and easy to use. Its pH is neutral and it is biodegradable for safe disposal. Gel ice never melts, runs nor leaks. It can be frozen over and over again.
