They know the good stuff when they taste it, and they demand the very best. Our buyers tasted countless Proseccos to try and find the perfect union of flavour and value, but we couldnt quite find what we were looking for. So, we decided to commission it. Aqualta was the result, made exclusively for usand we think its the perfect Prosecco. Its fragrant with really delicate aromas of apple and pear. The styles typical of the super-fresh fizz served in backstreet bàcari; used to top up Venices signature spritzes, or chase a groaning table of cichèti. Its a mouthwatering slice of Italy at home.
