The general objective of study was to conduct a critical analysis of the law and practice of ratification of treaties in Uganda with key emphasis on Uganda's compliance to the law of ratification of treaties. The study was prompted by lack of compliance to the process of ratification of treaties in Uganda, which was viewed as a danger to the legitimacy and durability of the treaties and this has not been investigated.
