This rare 1975 first edition hardback book with unclipped dust jacket is in very good condition. Illustrated by George Him. The boards are slightly marked and bumped at the corners and at the top and bottom edge of the spine. The dust jacket has some small closed tears to the top edge, other edges are creased and nicked. The rear inner flap is creased along the length. There is some foxing to the front and rear inner flaps of the dust jacket. There are a few light marks/stains to the first few pages, but otherwise internally the pages are clean and the binding is sound. All About the Giant Alexander is a collection of all the stories about the endearing giant, and for this special omnibus edition Frank Herrmann has explained how Alexander became a giant in the first place; George Him has drawn some new illustrations too. Perfect for reading aloud to children, or for new readers to read themselves, the stories about Alexander will provide many hours of entertainment.
