Releasing as part of the adidas Spezial Spring/Summer 2021 collection, the adidas Marathon 86 SPZL ‘Shock Slime’ dresses the archival running shoe in an eye-caching design inspired by the Italian Paninaro fashion movement of the ‘80s. A vibrant yellow hue floods the upper, crafted from breathable mesh with tonal suede overlays and contrasting navy leather on the heel tab and serrated three-stripes. A contrasting red topline wraps around the two-tone EVA midsole, supported underfoot by a high-traction rubber outsole.
