Plants are also categorised as ‘sui/mizu’ as they change and adapt to their surroundings. Our mizu block set boasts a magnetic knife block crafted from luxurious sapele wood. Sapele is a striking red hardwood known for its mesmerizing grain. Mizu is represented in cuisine by fish and seafood. Our mizu set contains a g-83 to symbolize the flow of water and the gs-11 flexible utility knife, which is great for filleting. The mizu set is suitable for all food types.
