The 3M Peltor X4 ear muffs are light green color coded to make it easy to choose the right levels of protection in the X Series. Our Encapsulate Protection combines 3M's well-known experience in hearing protection products with advanced technology and includes a specially developed spacer and a new damping cushion technology that improves noise insulation without excessive volume and weight. This means that the X4 is light and streamlined more than other ear defenders with high damping and at the same time reduces noise to 33 dB.The electrically insulated design with double head bracket reduces heat build-up on the head, and the plastic coated stainless steel wire makes the headband the most robust 3M has to offer.
