The Global GS-57 Fluted Santoku Knife has an 11cm blade made from Cromova 18 stainless steel. Part of the GS range of small to medium sized Classic knives from Global that feature a smaller handle, this Santoku knife is forged in Japan from a single piece of steel which is then ice-tempered and hardened allowing it to retain its razor-sharp edge for longer as well as resisting corrosion, stains and rusting. The fluted blade helps to stop food sticking to the blade which is perfect for dicing, slicing and mincing. This Santoku knife also features Global's instantly recognisable black dimpled handles which provide a safe grip even with wet hands. The handle is hollow and filled with sand to provide perfect weight and balance when in use. The seamless design of the knife means there is nowhere for dirt and food to get trapped.
