pA small boy being raised by a single mother in Louisiana feel like an outcast amoungst his peers. His mother suggests he get advice from a local WWII hero. He is inspired and sets out on an adventure to prove he is as good as the other kids. At the same time a creature is created by an unknown bit of science gone awry. The Alliog . . . 12 frog and 12 alligator. He too is an OUTCAST. The two meet in the swamps and begin an adventure to stop the people polluting the swamp and killing the animals. Along the way they meet a band of traveling musicians who join the task. It is a story of coping with life, living up to one's own principals and working together for a common goal.p
