RefectoCil Oxidant Liquid 3% is a liquid stain to be used together with Refectocil's brow and eyelash colors. This stain is super easy to mix with RefectoCil's colors, and then gives a fantastic color result! RefectoCil Oxidant Liquid 3% is a liquid version of RefectoCil's stain, and has a completely liquid consistency than RefectoCil Oxidant Creme 3%, which has a thick consistency. Please note that this oxidant can NOT be used together with the sensitive colours Advantage: * Liquid stain * Completely liquid consistency * Super easy to mix with RefectoCil's colors * Brilliant color result * 3% 10 vol. Application: * Remove contact lenses * Clean the brow area free of grease and makeup before use * Mix approx. 2 cm of the desired RefectoCil color together with 15 drops of Oxidant Liquid * Apply in the direction of brow growth * Let the color sit between 5 and 10 minutes, depending on how strong you want the color * Remove the color with a damp cotton
