The kit for a car with fuel-cell drive makes use of a reversible PEM-fuel cell (proton exchange membrane). This works in both the directions: As electrolyte (for generating hydrogen from water) and as source of current (for generating electricity from hydrogen). As soon as hydrogen is produced, the fuel-cell can convert it in electrical energy, in order to drive the engine of your car with it. When the car is running on hydrogen, two light-green LED-lamps placed on the engine of the car blink. The car itself drives around the obstacles present on its way. It turns or goes back, till the way forward is clear.
