First let me say Ruth Scott Mackey is the originator of all recipes displayed in this book. I wanted to share with everyone these recipes made with love from memories of me and mom hanging out in the kitchen together. So, one day I decided to start taking photos of my dishes I prepared. As you turn the pages to my delicious dishes' others will see as I express my love for cooking. In this book you will not see me reference about 1 cup of this or a teaspoon of that because this is the way I was taught to cook. But, once all the ingredients and seasonings marinate together, you will discover enjoyable dishes to share with your family and friends.
