This journal helps track the user's progress to becoming a faster runner. With enough pages to cover at least 3-months of daily workouts, the log provides space for most every competitive running workout for detailed swimmer's or strength training logs, please see our journals for those workouts. Whether training for track, cross country, Triathlon, or general health, the forms offer generous space to record essential details. There are pages at the end of the log to track body fat, body measurements and weight loss. This journal does not pretend to be what it is not. It is a simple, direct and easy way to record the information required to keep moving forward.
