If you know that your keys are somewhere nearby, you can make them ring using Ring Your Tag. Or use the Compass View and it'll lead your right between the couch cushions where they're hiding. But there's no rush, the tag can run for up to 500 days. And you can pop in a fresh battery when it starts running low.
