The model M72 is an innovative portable device for measuring the insulation resistance and the continuity test of protective conductors in accordance with VDE 0100 on civil electrical installations. It also functions as a TRMS multimeter (real effective value) and measuring device for determining the direction of the rotating field and is thus ideal for the control of electrical installations according to VDE 0100/VDE 0105.With the M72 model, insulation measurements can be made with a test voltage up to 1000 V DC (1000 V DC only M70) and the continuity test of the earth conductor (low-ohm measurement with 200 mA). It is therefore used for testing according to VDE 0100 / VDE 0105 on electrical installations and for testing on industrial applications.
