Press on the bottom of the bottle and remove 4 to 6 drops. Mix in the palm of the hand with a moisturizer for the body. Spread evenly on the selected body part (legs, arms, abdomen,...). Wash your hands thoroughly with soap immediately afterwards. Do not apply undiluted.
