The accompanying side cutter is sharp and cut and designed for fine work. The length of the blade is approx. 14 mm. A blunt tip increases guiding primarily on printed circuit boards and in difficult to reach areas. As an additional function the pliers have 6 cutouts for quick stripping of rigid cables or stranded wires in the common cross sections of 0.75 to 6 mm² or AWG 20 - 10, WAS cable diameters from approx. 0.8 to 2.6 mm correspond.
