Illustrated billhead for Tie Co., "manufacturers of 'Holdfasts,' Strictly Tailor Made Skirts, Overgaiters, Leggings, Etc.", finished in ink manuscript and dated November 14th, 1903. Made out to a Mr. George Q. Frenz(?), it records the sale of several skirts. The image in the background depicts a fashionable young woman styled in "Gibson Girl" hair and outfit with a skirt on either side of her. Measures approx. 7" by 8.5"), verso blank. Very good to near-fine. Minor toning, letter folds. A couple tiny pin pricks to paper.
