Paul Gallico The Small Miracle 1st Edition 1st Printing Michael Joseph, London, 1951. This is a very good hardback copy in a very good dust jacket. Its hard to describe a book of this vintage and rarity but to start with this is the best copy we have seen. BUT, the book has a light fading to the top edge of the front cover, some mild tanning to the top of the page block and no other discernible faults until you reach the last six pages when some mild highlighting of text suddenly appears. It isnt too off-putting however. The front of the dust jacket is very good indeed, but there is a half inch loss to the top of its spine, and a very minor loss to the bottom of the spine. A couple of small nicks to the back of the jacket. Its inside is tanned pretty much all over. All in all, this is somewhere between very good and very good +.
