Very good minus, first edition, SECOND impression, book, no dust jacket. Dark blue cloth covered boards with multi-horizontal blind-stamped borders at upper and lower edges of front and back panels. Spine has similar border stamped in gilt with gilt-stamped lettering. With five fold-out maps and twelve pages of ads at the back. Board panels are clean with sunning at extremities, spine is heavily sunned. Edges at head and tail of board spine are chipped and rolled with some separation. External page edges are age soiled and darkened. Front fore-edge corner tips are rubbed through. Board panels are bowed. Front and back inside gutters are cracked. Small amount of foxing on only the first several and last several pages. Text margins are slightly age-toned, else book is internally clean. Text block is shaken but holding.
