The life of Sir Joseph Wilson Swan FRS [ 1828 - 1914 ] English physicist, chemist, and inventor, best known as an independent early developer of a successful incandescent light bulb. The book was written by two of Swan's eight children - Mary from his first marriage & Kenneth from his second. 475 grams.
