The sheets comprise a Title sheet, a Signed limitation sheet, an illustrated dedication sheet, a printed narrative sheet, and 38 pages of the drawings. The portfolio has slight spotting, marking, and wear, a top interior hinge just starting, a strip of light gutter browning, and a small tear at the top of the interior portfolio pocket. The title plate is torn across the top and slightly askew, with a bit of very light soling, 2 of the illustration plates have small patches of very light soil/glue staining, another has a very small top corner fold, and the final one has its very top right corner torn off.
