He and Nathaniel West took time off to write together in the summer of 1931 near the town of Warrensburg, New York in the Adirondack Mountains. First edition, limited to 100 numbered copies and this is copy #53. SIGNED by Sanford on the colophon at the end of the book. A very fine hardcover in a clear acetate jacket.
