In fact, Zerbe's iconic photographs were an essential ingredient to the club anyone of note all made a pilgrimage there in order to be photographed by him in the club's famous zebra-patterned banquettes. This, Zerbe's first book, is a collection of his best work, depicting society in the 1930s. It is of high quality, with b&w photogravure plates.
