An extensively illustrated account of this major Military Transport facility during the second world war. Fair, only, condition but complete in original, slightly grubby, card covers with a few loose pages. The history consists of 80pp of history with 32pp of advertisements, at rear, for the manufacturers of the vehicles that were distributed to the fighting units during the war. The advertisements covered the cost of the production of this history. Uncommon with only one copy cited in the online COPAC.
