The ninth issue of the APRG Reporter, edited by the rising editorial star of UFOlogy, Robert Gribble, later to become NICAP director and editor of the NICAP Reporter; this publication itself, in fact, later evolved into Interplanetary and then ultimately the NICAP Reporter. Gribble's thoughtfulness, clear-sightedness and information-orientation gave his issues a value not found to the same degree in other publications of the genre in the fifties. The lengthy legal paper used in the A.P.R.G. Reporter gave him more room for more contributions, and by this time he did have contributors: Olavo Fontes herein continues his "Brazilian UFO Review" department and Adam Barber contributes "The Second Coming of Noah's Flood".
