Kyoto has its inspiration from Asia and is a modern version of the classic rice paper lamp. The lamp is designed by Mikael Holvik who found the lamp's beautiful shape in a spinning toy from childhood, combined with fine material and modern matte black contrasts in metal. When the lamp is lit, a fine light is spread through the rice paper, which is both functional and decorative. The lamp's simple and soft design means that it fits just as well in a bedroom as in the living room or hallway. Kyoto is also available in a smaller size.
